- PAIS: Public Affairs Information Service. Indexes articles, books, conference proceedings, and government documents. Available online for literature published since 1972 and in paper (H 1 P3 Ref) from 1915.
- International Bibliography of Political Science. Indexes articles and books in the fields of politics, economics, sociology, and anthropology from 1951 to the present. Click the button, "Direct" to access the database.

- Lexis Nexis Service. Provides the full text of major newspapers, both domestic and foreign.
- World News Connection. An online service provided by the U.S. government which offers translations of foreign news items from radio and television broadcasts, news agencies, newspapers, books and government reports.
