What LITS Supports
Hardware Support LITS provides hardware support for faculty and staff MHC owned computers only. Handheld Devices such as Blackberrys are supported but only for senior staff members. Faculty and staff members with personally owned computers will need to use an off-campus repair sites. See local recommondations listed below under Alternate Repair Solutions. Supported Hardware Handheld Devices Students are welcome to bring their computers to the Diagnostic Center (Library rm 422) between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. for technical help. (Students are welcomed to stop by around 8:00 a.m. to drop of a computer if a staff member is available to receive it) Please understand that the Diagnostic Center has limited services that they can provide. Some cases require you to contact the manufacturing company or the company that you have perchased a warranty with.
Software Support LITS provides assistance with software for faculty, staff, students, and for work-related issues. LITS Supported Software
