Alexander McCall Smith at Gamble Auditorium on April 28th

The deadline for the MHC International Internship Program for sophomores and juniors has been extended to Tuesday, February 23. This program is a network of internships for MHC students. February 15 Deadline for MHC Summer Program in Beijing

The MHC summer program in Beijing offers eight weeks of intensive Chinese language instruction (covering the equivalent of two semester courses here), plus activities and excursions to introduce students to Chinese life and culture. New Exchange with Berlin School of Economics and Law

Apply now for MHC’s new exchange with the Berlin School of Economics and Law, for spring semester or summer. University of Cordoba Exchange

Space is still available on the MHC exchange with the University of Cordoba (Spain) for 2010-11. Tuition is waived, the exchange student is responsible for room and board, travel, books, and personal expenses (estimated at $13,000; eligible students may use federal aid). NYC Employee Bus Trip

Public Safety will host an employee (and their guests) NYC bus trip on Saturday, March 13th. The bus departs from the Kendall Lot at 6:30 am; arrives in NYC at approximately 10:30 am; with a 6:30 pm departure from NYC. Pick up and drop off in NYC is at 53rd & Broadway. Grants for Music Lessons

Students enrolled in performance study and who receive financial aid from the College are eligible to apply for a music grant. Applications are available in the music office or online. They must be submitted to the music office by Friday, Jan. 29. Students must apply every semester — there are no automatic renewals.

Winter Parking

Winter is upon us. This is a reminder about parking: There is NO overnight parking on roadways from Dec. 1 - March 15. Signs have been posted. Vehicles will be towed. This is to facilitate snow and ice treatment throughout the winter.

International Students and Culture Shock: Workshop for Faculty and Staff

Course Withdrawal Deadline is Friday 11/20

The deadline for students to withdraw from fall courses is Friday, November 20. Withdrawal forms are available for printing from the Registrar’s Web site. After securing her instructor’s signature, the student must submit the form to the Registrar’s Office by 5pm on Friday. A “W” grade will be assigned. Call 538-2025 or email for more information.

Deadline for Requesting Ungraded Option
