The MHC summer program in Beijing offers eight weeks of intensive Chinese language instruction (covering the equivalent of two semester courses here), plus activities and excursions to introduce students to Chinese life and culture. The Williams-Mystic Program is a one-semester interdisciplinary ocean and coastal studies program integrating marine science, maritime history, ocean and coastal policy and literature of the sea, offered jointly by Williams College and Mystic Seaport.
